Visitation schedule The visitation schedule can address the following visitation (parenting time) schedules:
  • weekly
  • alternating weeks
  • every two weeks
  • summers only
  • visitation schedule not fitting any of the above

Plus, CoParent Pro™ has:

  • Alternate visitation schedules for school and non-school periods.
  • Overrides for school holidays
  • Overrides for 3 day weekends
  • Vacation schedule entry
  • Allowance for shared holidays
  • Automated calculation of visitation days using:
    • Hours/minutes
    • Partial days (quarter, half, full)
    • Overnights.
  • Support for true blended families (ie. parents with children from more than one marriage, and different visitation schedules).

 
Child information With CoParent Pro™, the user can enter information about the child, medical information, school, clothing, hobbies, and extra-curricular activities.   Notes can be entered for each of the above areas.
Journaling CoParent Pro™ allows the user to journal in four subject areas:
  • General
  • Visitation
  • Telephone
  • Legal

Each journal entry allows the user to enter the reference date and time, Ending date and time, subject entry, and journal entry.  The program automatically records the date and time the journal entry was entered into the system.
Email CoParent Pro™ supports sending email use the SMTP and POP3 protocols.   At this time, CoParent Pro™ does not support "HTTP" protocols such as Yahoo™ or Hotmail™.

CoParent Pro™ includes the ability to automatically save copies of outgoing mail, and can be configured to only download individuals on the contact list.
Reporting CoParent Pro™ allows the user to generate the following reports:

  • Monthly calendar

Searching CoParent Pro™ allows the user to search emails, notes, and journal entries for keywords or combinations of keywords.
