Screen Shots - Child Entry Screen

The child entry screen allows the user to record a great deal of information about the children, critical information, such as birthdate, social security number, parents, and custodial parent.  Additionally, the user may enter medical information, including doctor, vaccination history, allergies, school information, hobbies, extra curricular, and babysitter information.  The child entry screen also allows the user to jump directly to the visitation schedule screen.  The screen also allows the user to record child specific notes.
